The annual OAC member meeting has been upgraded! The meeting will be hosted in the OAC Suite at the Monarch the Friday before the convention.

NOTE: Room floors at Monarch are key-coded, only those with the suite key can access the elevator to the floor. We will meet in the 2nd floor casino-level elevator lobby at 5:50pm and travel to the suite as a group.

The annual meeting will be from 6-6:30pm. We will review the status of the Association and accept nominations for new Directors of the Board. If you are interested in becoming more involved and volunteering your time to the operations of the OAC, let us know. This is the time to get on board!

From 6:30-8pm following the meeting is a reception to thank current members and kick-off the convention weekend. Enjoy hors d'oeuvres and drinks, meet the current OAC Board and Executives, mingle with other members, sponsors, and our convention speakers. Reception concludes early enough to enjoy dinner or a night out in Black Hawk.

The event is free to all current members of the OAC. Members, if you like you may bring a plus-one or other non-member guests for $25, just add a guest ticket to your RSVP.
